Bogdan Kaszper is a partner at Equity Solutions and specializes in restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestment projects. Prior to Equity Solutions establishment he worked as Director responsible for the project of closure of Czech Consolidation Agency financial group. Bogdan worked in Czech Consolidation Agency for 4 yours. Prior to this engagement he worked as Director of Segment and Product Management division in eBanka, s. s. and at various managerial positions in Komerční banka, a.s. in areas of non performing loans and marketing. Bogdan Kaszper has graduated from Vysoká škola báňská – Technical University in Ostrava and has MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. He speaks fluent English in addition to his native Czech and Polish.

Experience from specific projects

Restructuring and successful turnaround of financial institution eBanka, a.s. prior to its sale to Raiffaisenbank, a.s.;
Restructuring project aimed at definite closure of ČKA financial group including mergers of two most important subsidiary companies Konpo, s.r.o. a Česká finanční, s.r.o.;
Management of business model change project in ČKA financial group and consecutive sale of CZK 200 billion of non-performing assets with historically highest recovery rates (including 19 NPL portfolio sales in volume exceeding CZK 100 billion);
Sale of CZK 200 billion of non-performing loans through restructured business-process model with historically highest recovery rates; among others through 19 block transactions tenders in 2004—2007;
Member of a team responsible for CZK 60 billion non-performing loans restructuring within pre privatization turnaround project of Komerční banka, a. s.
