Jan Attl is working in Equity Solutions as a partner responsible for the area of expert appraisals. Prior to his engagement in Equity Soutions he has worked in Czech Consolidation Agency for 8 years in a position of Valuation Division Head and consequently as Head of Board of Directors and CEO of IMOB where he was primarily responsible for divestment of non-performing assets. Upon his departure from ČKA he worked as deputy CEO in Homolka hospital responsible for finance and continues to be involved as shareholder of Appraising Alpha, the valuation referee institution. Historically, Jan has also worked as head of finance division in Spolana Neartovice and head of financial management division in AliaCHem, a. s. Jan Attl has extensive expertise and experience in assets valuations (companies, equity shares, receivables, real estate, securities), financial analysis and valuation of investment projects. In 2007 he was sworn as official referee/authorized expert in the area of economics, with focus on prices and valuations of companies. Jan has published as a co-author "Expert's account and a company" (Posudek znalce a podnik) that has become a valuation manual for many experts and authorized referees. Jan Attl has graduated from Economics Faculty of Agriculture University in Prague, Vysoká škola ekenomická in Prague and the A&W Business School.
