Zdeněk Čáp is a managing partner at Equity Solutions. Prior to Equity Solutions establishment Zdeněk acted as a general manager of Czech Consolidation Agency for 4 years, a financial institution and bail our agency established by the Czech Government for recovery and solutions of distressed banking assets. Before this position he was 4 years responsible for a business department in Konpo, ČKA subsidiary company that has acquired CZK 60 billion of non performing assets from Komerční banka a.s. Prior to Zdeněk’s engagement with Czech Consolidation Agency financial group he worked for 8 years at various managerial positions in Komerční banka a.s. Zdeněk Čáp has graduated from Vysoká škola ekonomická, holds Ph.D. in Economics and M.B.A. from Sheffield Hallam University. He speaks fluent English to his native Czech.
